Today is....
Well today is my birthday and I'm still not in the mood to celebrate really. It's been that way since we spent my birthday in the hospital with Mimi. I appreciated everyone getting me cards and a cake but with that situation it made it hard to celebrate. I guess I'm still not over it all.

Totally understandable sweetie! I think it's harder to celebrate anything after the loss of a family member and when it comes so close to a holiday, like your birthday or GM just before Christmas, it makes it that much harder. Maybe getting away for a few days and spending time with Yancey will help! Is he off any this week while you are there?
