whew
So 14 weeks down....trying to get a handle on the correct amount of weight to gain at a time. I've noticed that my feet and legs hurt when I've worked all day (of course there is no sitting for me so it's no surprise) but it took forever last night to go to sleep since my feet hurt so much. Hoping that doing prenatal yoga will help since I stopped doing it from being too tired. Cleaned a little today and ran a couple of errands but that's it. Trying to mix work/chores with relax time. May get an ottoman to help keep my feet up though when I'm sitting...a coworker said part of my weight fluctuations (since it varies 5 lbs in a day) may be fluid so I don't know. Trying to figure out what I can do to help me out!
