Wow, I can't pick just one. Each day is a new favorite memory with what Colton learns.
A memory from my childhood that continues to stand out is the night my sister was born. I was almost 3 and we were living in Colorado and it was winter. I woke up to being passed over the fence to the neighbors who lived behind us with our boxer looking at my dad like where is she going? I remembered keeping the poor neighbors up since I didn't know what was going on and jumping on their waterbed most of the night. I had been over to their house several times before always being passed over the fence.
Then there are the summer trips to my Mimi and Granddad's when all of us cousins would get together. We'd go to Grant's farm, the Arch, and the Magic House. Mimi always tried to do things with us. She continued to try to do so even while the cancer spread and the chemo treatments hurt and took a lot out of her. The last time we went before she took a turn for the worse she was able to go to the Botanical Gardens and the Butterfly House with us.
And of course, finding out I was pregnant and the birth of Colton. It's hard to describe the feelings I had.
